Account Rules
3 Registration and Account Security
Each user must provide their correct name, mobile number and other required information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any pending balance.
- Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the jqya9 support team immediately.
- You are personally responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
- If you wish to close your account, contact our customer support.
4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jqya9 platform:
- Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
- Collusion (cheating through secret arrangements with other players).
- Creating multiple accounts with the intention of abusing the bonus system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Harassing other users or behaving in an offensive manner.
Violating these rules may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.
Deposits and Withdrawals
5 Financial Transaction Terms
All financial transactions on jqya9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
- Identity verification may be required before withdrawal.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, jqya9 may hold withdrawals and verify the account.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
6 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on the jqya9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted. Balances will always be displayed in Taka.
Bonuses and Promotions
7 Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements
The jqya9 welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus is subject to the following conditions:
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
- Wagering must be completed within a set period after the bonus is activated.
- The bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
- The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household.

8 General Promotions Policy
jqya9 runs various promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotions page. In general:

- Misuse of promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

9 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback
The jqya9 VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback included:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Regular and active players have the opportunity to be promoted automatically to a higher VIP tier. VIP cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback amount is subject to its own terms of use.
Fair Play and Game Rules
